It's that time, where next year's assessments (dues) have been sent out. They are due in January, late after the 31st of January. If you need to make a couple payments, please reach out to our office in advance to set this up so you do not incur late fees.
Home Holiday Safety Tips
To help you enjoy a crime free holiday season. Look over these tips from the Police Department.
Lock it up: Always lock your home and automobiles when you are away.
Communicate: Talk with your neighbors about holiday plans and keep an eye out for each other.
Keep packages out of sight: Remove packages from your automobiles as soon as you arrive home.
Leave lights on: If you go away set up interior and exterior lights on a timer to give the appearance you are home.
