Impact Communities Through Caring Partners

More and more corporations are desiring to provide opportunities for their employees to serve their global community. The healthcare ministry of Caring Partners International provides unique opportunities for Tri-State businesses to be engaged in service projects which impact folks in need here at home, and also overseas.

Local companies often collect personal care and toiletry products for Caring Partners to donate to our church partners who administer food pantries, homeless shelters, and projects for at-risk kids here in southern Ohio, northern Kentucky, and eastern Indiana. Oftentimes, these companies use these healthcare products to fill our Care Bags which are given to our local partners for their mission outreach.

Some companies also participate in sorting our donated medical supplies, which are distributed both here in the USA and to missionaries and mission hospitals overseas. At times, employees from hospitals and clinics serve with us, preparing our donated supplies for shipment by categorizing each item into its proper medical category.

The photos above show a great team from the Dayton, Ohio office of Heapy Engineering serving at our warehouse earlier this month. Next week, a team from Dayton Children's Hospital will be here at our facility for a medical sorting project.

Meet CPI's Advisory Council

Our ministry is so blessed to have a wonderful group of young professionals serving as ambassadors for Caring Partners! All of these young people were introduced to our healthcare ministry through joining one of our volunteer mission teams. Some participated in these travels while still finishing their education, others joined once they began their careers.

The mission of our Council is to serve the ministry in a multitude of capacities; including hosting our Volunteer Days, introducing their own network of young people to the ministry, connecting their employers with CPI, recruiting mission team members, and praying for our mission outreach.

Prayers & Praises

Please remember our Thailand mission trip in your prayers! Our team of 10 travelers from the USA journey to Thailand on Wednesday, November 1st, returning to the USA on Sunday, November 12th. Our team will be serving with our National Directors in Thailand, Pastor Jay & Rochelle Orata and their church in Chiang Rai. We will also be joining with Pastor Jireh & Faith Nono in southern Thailand for two mission outreaches in that part of the country. Please pray for traveling mercies for our mission team. Please also pray that the Holy Spirit will move and work in the five areas where we will host medical clinics, drawing patients to the clinic, and tendering their hearts as they hear the Gospel message, many for the very first time in their lives! "And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me." John 12:32

If you read last month's email newsletter, you saw an update about our Guatemala surgical mission journey. Praise God, Caring Partners has a generous donor who has pledged $15,000 towards the costs of our surgery efforts with our Guatemalan church and medical partners. Our ministry team has begun planning our healthcare mission journeys to Guatemala in 2024, and we have some openings for medical doctors, doctors of chiropractic, nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants for our May, June & July trips.
