Poway Housing Authority RFP for
Affordable Housing Development


Request for Qualifications - Affordable Housing Development Opportunity, Monte Vista Road Project Site The Poway Housing Authority is issuing this RFQ seeking proposals for a future housing site located on Monte Vista Road in the City of Poway. The Authority wishes to select a development team to design, finance and build an affordable rental housing development on the 2.06-acre site. 
$20 Million LIHTC Bridge Financing for Developers Impacted by COVID-19


The Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) has launched a $20 million COVID-19 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Developer Fee Bridge Initiative to support affordable housing developers grappling with liquidity challenges in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic and ensuing recession. With a guarantee from the Community Investment Guarantee Pool (CIGP), this flexible capital will be available to fill gaps created when fees are stalled in phases of LIHTC development.
