Spring Break is here! It seems hard to believe that when we return we will only have a few weeks left in this. school year. Although it has been an incredibly challenging year for teachers, parents, and students- I am so proud of everyone! I hope you have a relaxing break and enjoy spending time with your families. Shorts may return as part of the uniform once we return from Spring Break.
Please follow the handbook guidelines that are referenced below.
- shorts should be appropriate in length and no shorter than three inches above the knee.

Upon our return from Spring Break we will begin sending out information on how to apply for the Indiana Choice Scholarship (Voucher), SGO grants and Financial Aid. See below for eligibility for the parishioner scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria for St. Roch Parishioner Scholarship
All eligible families will receive a $1600 Scholarship for each child (up to 4 children in grades K-8).
To be eligible, a student must satisfy each of the following requirements:
- Must be a registered member of the Parish at the time of School registration.
- Attend Sunday Mass at St. Roch Catholic Church with your children on a consistent basis.
- Must be tithing a minimum of $15/week to St. Roch Catholic Church.

NEWS FROM 3/8 EC MEETING
Did you know that PTO organizes snacks for the teachers and staff on early dismissal days? Well, now you do! We ordered pizza for last week’s early dismissal and are planning an ice cream social for the next early dismissal on Tuesday, April 6.
Many new business items were added to our list this week, including preparing for Teacher Appreciation Week in April; thinking about how to treat students during ILEARN testing; brainstorming ways to show appreciation to our 8 th graders; and discussing how to improve the new family welcome program.
We also kicked off the planning process for the new gymnasium banners. We are currently pricing banners that will match the style used for the wrestling banner currently hanging in the gym. We also started the process of compiling St. Roch championship information over the years—investigating both internal and CYO resources.

Roncalli Athletic Summer Camps |

Roncalli Athletic Summer Camps
Roncalli will again offer many different sport camps this summer for elementary age student athletes currently in grades K-8. These camps are conducted by members of the Roncalli coaching staff and serve to provide fundamental instruction in each sport as well as a wonderful opportunity to have fun in a friendly and nourishing environment.
Registration is NOW OPEN! We encourage you to please register online. We communicate camp updates via text and email. Your contact information is obtained via our online registration form. The cost for each camp/online registration is $50 per camper/per session. Information/Online Registration is available on the Roncalli High School website: www.roncalli.org/camps. Today marks the last My Story, R Family video of the series...what a ride this past year has been! Our final video features Dr. Joe Hollowell, Roncalli's former president, principal, teacher, Summer Field Studies leader and coach...he's worn a lot of hats in these hallways! We are the Roncalli we are today due in large part to how Dr. Hollowell led us as a school and a community. We are forever grateful, and as always...we'll fight ahead!
