Canvas Community Classic celebrations

The Canvas Community Classic was a huge hit! Thank you to everyone who came out to this historic event and cheered on our four high school football and unified football teams in Canvas Stadium, joined in the school mascot parade, and participated in the many activities that made this day extra special. PSD Athletic Director Brandon Carlucci said the district and Colorado State University have every intention of making this an annual event.

"Thank you to all who had a hand in making this event happen - all who participated, all who attended -- and we hope to see everyone next year," Carlucci said. More photos >>

We are all ambassadors of safety

Dear PSD community,

Safety isn't a nicety. It's a necessity, as basic a need as food, shelter or emotional connection. Safety isn't achieved through policy. It's a way of thinking that needs to be practiced and reassessed.

We are all ambassadors of safety. By fulfilling this duty - not just in Poudre School District but throughout our community - we are stronger together.

We train together. We make improvements together. And we work every day to keep our students and staff as safe as possible. Of that I can assure you.
