Nominations Needed for Greek Leadership Award
The ISDS Foundation recognizes outstanding leadership with the William J. Greek Memorial Leadership Award.

Any component/branch or individual may nominate one candidate. Click here for more information about nominations. Deadline for nominations is June 1.
2021 Scholarships
The ISDS Foundation board of directors announced they would award six scholarships at $6,000 each (2 for each dental school) for 2021. This represented a significant increase from scholarships in previous years.

Current D3 students enrolled in the third year of an accredited four-year traditional pre-doctorate dental program in Illinois may apply, with scholarship recipients being announced in early July. 

The application deadline each year is May 31. Find out more here.

Looking for a way to honor someone's accomplishment? Send a memorial to a friend, relative or colleague?

These "all occasion" cards have many uses, and you can purchase a package of 10 for a $50 contribution to the ISDS Foundation. When you send one of these cards, and write your own note inside, you honor a person in a very special way and also support the worthy programs of the ISDS Foundation.

Every pair of socks purchased will help our mission is to improve the oral health of children, families, and individuals throughout the state by supporting initiatives that expand access to care and increase dental health education and awareness. Socks are $20/pair.

Dentists Support Program Needed Now More than Ever

The emotional effects of the COVID-19 crisis are far-reaching, with increased depression, suicides, and alcohol and substance abuse. If you know of a dentist who is struggling with emotional distress, addiction or substance abuse, please help them to reach out to the ISDS Foundation’s Dentists Support Program.
