Human Centered Design is a way of broadening our worldview and to enhance our diversity skills. As we explore this dynamic way of learning to interact with those who see the world differently than we do, we can open our centers to serve a broader spectrum of individuals.
Human-Centered Design is a tool set for solving challenges with innovative solutions that are grounded in empathy for the people we are designing for.
Isaac will lead us through several Human-Centered exercises in which we will empathize, ideate, and prototype possible answers to questions like: “How might church better serve the needs of young people in 2022?”
He will help us practice applying these methods, and then give us the resources that will help us bring these practices back to our congregations, and use them to create solutions specific to our local communities.
