CCAP CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE IN COUNTY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 2022

CCAP is pleased to present the 2022 Center for Excellence in County Leadership (CEL) Program to help county officials develop a professional culture for county government. The two and a half-day intensive program will be held at the CCAP office in Harrisburg on June 15 – 17, 2022, featuring a curriculum including managerial versatility, interpersonal dynamics, crisis communication, media management, problem solving, decision making and more.

The CEL Program is offered to county commissioners or council members, chief clerks, county administrators and solicitors in Pennsylvania’s 67 counties. Key county leaders and department heads may apply by providing a written letter of support from their county commissioner/council member.

We invite you to explore this exciting educational opportunity offered exclusively by the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP). Participation is available to one eligible person per county per year, with a maximum of 12 participants per year. Application is required by January 31, 2022 to be considered for participation in the June 2022 session.

More detailed information and an application are available on the CEL homepage or brochure (PDF) and online application.
CCAP/ADOBE DISCOUNT LICENSES AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

Did you know CCAP and Adobe have partnered together to offer government agencies in Pennsylvania volume discount licensing? The Pennsylvania Adobe LGA Link Program, hosted by CCAP, offers Enterprise licensing, support and capabilities, along with the flexibility of Adobe’s Value Incentive Plan (VIP) functionality. Working together with Adobe affords us the opportunity to link all LGA agreements in the state so all county, city and GOV agencies in PA can recognize volume discount licensing.

Whether you have one department or multiple departments using Adobe products, they can all be linked to the Adobe LGA! And this offering extends to boroughs, municipalities and local authorities/entities within your county.
