As we navigate through our new normal of virtual learning and living at a distance, we understand our schools are facing many new challenges. Entourage is committed to making your yearbook process as simple and easy as possible with the use of new resources and technology!

Are you spending countless hours looking for spelling and grammatical errors in your body copy? Or maybe you have several people helping you on the book project and you just don't have the time or eyes to check all those words.

Luckily, we have a built in spell checker that can assist you!

In this hint you will learn how to access the spell checker and use it to easily fix spelling errors inside your project

Introducing our newest feature:  Have you ordered your proof book yet?
With the use of a printed proof you can assess your photo quality, color, and layout without having to commit to the final product.

To request a printed proof go to the Request tab on the top toolbar and select "Proof Book".

We will print and ship whatever is in your ladder and cover at the time of request.

*If you do not have design points, please contact your representative*
For more information about proof books:

** Please keep in mind: Proof Books are not production quality bound books, they are made by hand and for proofing purposes only. They take approx. 2 weeks to arrive **
There are two places you can access and use the spell checker.



On the Manage Ladder page in the top left hand corner.
Or on the top toolbar inside the designer with the ABC button.

Once inside Spell Checker you can start it on Page 1 and it will check each page individually, stopping when it reaches a word it considers misspelled.

You can choose to skip this word, replace it with the suggested spelling or replace it with a spelling of your own choice.

Keep in mind it will often be triggered by proper nouns like first and last names although they may be correct. This is considered a false positive.

Feel free to run the spellchecker as many times as you'd like!
**Entourage does not check for spelling errors in books before going to production**
