Sun Valley Community School Seeks Your Input

on Sagewillow Plans

Sun Valley Community School has been hosting workshops with neighbors of their Sagewillow campus for a number of months and has surveyed all SVEA members once before (in early May). With all the feedback received and with the guidance of GGLO (the planning firm hired to spearhead this process), the School has drafted three new potential plans for the workforce housing on their Dumke Family Sagewillow Campus. The School is seeking input from ALL Sun Valley Elkhorn Association members on these potential plans (ranging from 49 units to 40 units).  

Please note, the School has also engaged a firm to do a new traffic study to understand the impact of these affordable housing units on the immediate area and the wider Elkhorn community. 

Your input is very important! The School is hoping to present a finalized plan that reflects the feedback of its neighbors at the September 14 Sun Valley Planning and Zoning meeting and wants to make sure the final plan reflects the insights, input, and feedback from Elkhorn residents.
