Is there anything better on a cold day than a bowl of homemade soup? Join Cary Library for a virtual cooking class with Katie Walter of Two Aprons Cookery and learn to make three hearty and delicious soups and stews to keep you warmed up during the winter season. Katie will demonstrate how to make White Bean and Kale Soup with Sausage, Curry-Spiced Tomato and Chickpea Soup, and finally Butternut Squash and Black Bean Stew. Participants will receive recipes so after class they can make these soups in the comfort of their own homes.

Support the Cary Library Foundation's Annual Appeal
Please support the Cary Library Foundation - Your Donations Keep Lexington Connected, Engaged and Inspired!

Your donation to the Cary Library Foundation benefits Cary Library users of all ages, interests and backgrounds. The Foundation funds library programs ranging from storytimes to book clubs, author talks to cooking classes and financial literacy sessions. Your invaluable support makes possible these vibrant library programs, additions to the library's collection, and professional development for our amazing librarians.

Please donate now to the Foundation so our beloved library has the resources it needs. Help our library meet the soaring demand for digital materials (which are substantially more expensive to provide than print) during the pandemic.

Donations are fully tax-deductible, and can be made at carylibraryfoundation.org or by sending a check, payable to the Cary Library Foundation, to the Cary Library Foundation, 1874 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, MA 02420.
