"How to market your business on all Social Media platforms"
April 21st from 11:30-1:00PM

*If you have a business, you likely spend a lot of your time trying to dig up the latest social media marketing tips.

There are now 4.2 billion active social media users—almost twice as many as there were just five years ago. Those users spend an average of 2 hours and 25 minutes on social channels every single day.

Those nearly 2.5 hours offer an incredible opportunity for businesses to:
  • build brand awareness
  • develop customer relationships
  • and even make sales directly within social platforms.

DICK BARDEN
Mr. Barden holds degrees in Business and Law, and received his CFP certification in 1986. Right out of college, he began work in the energy industry and two years later, formed his first company, Barden Land Services, Inc., which provided field-based consulting services to major E&P companies, including Mobil, Exxon, Tenneco, Arco and Consolidation Coal Company, among others. In 1990, Mr. Barden formed Integrated Petroleum Systems Corporation to a develop field-based data collection system for the oil and gas industry. Four years later, IPS entered into a Strategic Alliance with high tech giant ORACLE Corporation and shortly thereafter, merged with Concord Energy and went public on NASDAQ. A few months following this merger, Mr. Barden left IPS/Concord to start a new venture to develop a completely new reservoir simulation technology for creating computerized models of subterranean rock formations containing oil and gas, and then predicting the most optimal, cost-efficient method of extracting those reserves. Today, both this company (GRM Corp.) and BLS remain active after 24 years and 43 years, respectively. Mr. Barden now resides with his wife in Granbury, Texas.
