The First Look Preview Party for Water Stories: New Work by Anne Labovitz become the social night out for Southeastern Minnesota, with some 250+ attendees at MMAM. Guests were treated to an artist talk by Anne Labovitz, atmospheric intonations by Liz Pearse with accompanied movement by Erin Drummond, an artist inspired set by DJ Rumpshaker, and an Anne Labovitz pop-up shoppe. MMAM is committed to being an art museum valued and supported by the region. We are curious to learn how we are doing. MMAM is partnering with Engage Winona on a long term study to better understand how to shape our programs to be in service to all.
The survey takes about 5-7 minutes, and all who complete it will be entered for a chance to win a $50 gift card to MMAM. The survey closes on Oct. 9.

Stop in to see how the Shoppe has evolved. Experience the new artist-inspired Shoppe, designed to run concurrently with the new exhibition, Water Stories. This pop-up includes original art and projects by Anne Labovitz, as well as items by other invited artists that speak to what moves, inspires, and nourishes Anne in her creative practice.
