Sunday October 9th

It is good to have a day like Thanksgiving to remind us, if we've forgotten,

that we have much to be thankful for.  We will be celebrating Communion at our 10:00 service. Let's get together on Sunday to count our many blessings

You'll be glad you did!

Watch Sunday's Service Online, Live @ 9:00 AM EDT

Join us in live, online worship this Sunday at 9:00 am.

You can find the service on Facebook Live or on our YouTube channel.

The service will be saved at both locations through the week.

Join us for In-Person Worship @ 10:00 AM

Email Jenny Morrison if you would like to join our volunteer team and

help us provide a safe and warm welcome to all who gather.

The Georgetown Breadbasket and its clients are in need of community support this fall season! Over the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving we are making an intentional push to collect items to help refill the shelves at the Breadbasket.

All the offering we receive on this Thanksgiving Sunday will go direct to the Georgetown Breadbasket

A donation bin is located outside the church office during the week for food item drop off. Kids and youth are also encouraged to bring food items to Kids Church on Sundays to help us fill up our bin!

Ways to Serve

We are working on assembling a team of people who can help with various maintenance tasks around the church, both inside and out. It is a big building and we would love to have lots of people as part of the team that keeps it running smoothly.

Do you like hammering, painting, cutting grass, shovelling snow, stacking chairs? Have we got a job for you!

If you would like to join the property team connect with Jenny in the office

We are looking for folks who can help provide treats for Sunday morning's in person service. You can bake, pick up treats from the store, we even love the last minute run to Tim's for Tim Bits.

We love sharing coffee and treats on Sunday morning before and after the service. If you would like to help provide treats for a Sunday morning, you can email Jenny in the office. You can bring them for a specific week or drop them off at the church to be stored in the freezer.

Volunteers Wanted

A big thank you to all the people who have signed up to help out with serving coffee, tea and treats on Sunday mornings. We are looking for volunteers for October 9th and for the month of November. It is a great way to get to know the community. Don't worry if you don't know what to do, we have folks who can walk you through it the first time. If you can help, contact Jenny in the office to sign up for a Sunday.
