Final Note: Lower the Bar?

We have been told to aim high, be bold & go for the big dreams (in fact, that was my statement in the community newsletter this week). And I still believe all those are true. You must have big goals, work hard and be hungry for more. I don't think we become lazy and give up on the American Dream.

However, there is a new thought on the power of being more realistic and seeking smaller, more achievable goals to balance out the bold dreams. It's too easy to burnout out trying to be perfect. Take baby steps. Manage your expectations and realize you can celebrate those little accomplishments too. Check out this clip on 'reasonable probability of success'.

Sincerely,
Candi Westbrook
