Mary Spelmanis, VP of Client Services, will retire this spring. She created quite a legacy serving our clients and leading the Client Services team during her 14 years with FDL. We are grateful for her years of hard work and dedication, and wish her a happy and healthy retirement. We will certainly miss her!
Donna Zach, VP of Plan Design, has been promoted and will take over the leadership of the newly combined Client Service/Plan Design department. Her focus will be on streamlining efficiency and refreshing the client experience.
Amanda Sedberry was welcomed to our Underwriting team last summer. She had previous experience with Nationwide and now assists Natasha Vollmuth, VP of Underwriting, with client matters and various processes that have improved the efficiency of our clients’ underwriting experience.
Aly Pelchat has been promoted to a Design Analyst within our Plan Design Department. She is currently studying for her master’s degree in Data Analytics and looks forward to helping with modeling and analysis for our life insurance recommendations.
Sam Traggardh was recently hired as our new Marketing Executive Assistant. She joins us from a law firm where she held a similar role; and she has already added value to the production of our newsletter, marketing initiatives, and coordinating meetings (which we hope to see more of in person again soon!).
