SILENT HIKE AT DEVILS DEN IN WESTON 8:30 AM

TUCW Hiking Group

Experiencing a walk in the woods with all of our senses is a beautiful way to be in nature. Every month members of the TUCW Hikers (anyone can join!) hike in some of the most beautiful Connecticut woods and parks. One of the many things we enjoy is the companionship but what if we tried walking together in silence. Call it forest bathing or walking meditation….heightening our senses to the sounds, smells, sights around us.

Join us on Sunday, October 9, at 8:30 AM at the Pent Rd parking lot of Devil’s Den in Weston for a short, silent walk around Godfrey Pond. We’ll start with a short reading to focus us, we’ll walk at our own pace, and be back in time for the 10am church service. Email Jamie Forbes if you plan on joining us.
