Marketing our mission as a a culturally rich endeavor, worthy of support

How are you seeing issues of diversity, equity and inclusion play a more prominent role in your work environment?
The increased focus on women in motorsports has driven staff as well as patron interest

What advice would you give to someone new to the field?
Embrace technology while honoring traditional values
