Grandchildren of Holocaust Survivors: WEDU Course

Grandchildren of Holocaust survivors will meet over the course of four weeks to learn to confidently share their family Holocaust experience.

The 4 two-hour sessions will be held on February 24, March 3, 10, and 24 from 6-8 pm CST.

WEDU (we educate) is a powerful course developed for 3Gs by 3GNY with support from Facing History and Ourselves. Participants from this program will connect with their family history, meet others with similar family stories, and explore how the Holocaust has shaped their lives, values, and perspectives. Once they are comfortable, participants will have the opportunity to share their family stories with students in the classroom.

Course space is limited; priority will be given to current Wisconsin residents who are grandchildren of survivors. Registration is not a guarantee of a seat for the course.

Prior to the start of this course, there will be an informational virtual coffee chat on Friday, February 11th. A registration link for this will be provided to registrants.
