Dear Friends of The Blue Purl,
Nearly everyday for the last two years, we have found a way to come together during this crazy, who-ever-thought-this-would-happen pandemic.
What we have learned is that disruption can also be a force for good by pushing us out of our comfort zone so we must innovate. And innovate we have, from our updated website to zoom classes and our inspiring before-and-after photos on Instagram.
Today, with Thanksgiving 2021 upon us, we want to pause for a minute to say how thankful we are for all of you, for your patience, support and good nature. For inspiring us and for sticking with us.
We all know just how easy it is to fight your way through life, barely focusing on the people on the other side of the counter. The pandemic changed that for all of us, again forcing us to stop, look and listen -- in ways we can forget during the rush of the pre-pandemic days.
Our plan is to take a brief break to enjoy family, friends and food. We trust that you all will, too. Time off is self-care.
But we are ready for you and your handcraft needs, too. (of course!)
Below we have listed our holiday hours this week and a few pre-inter-post tryptophan musings of kits to consider - many are available in shop, while some in the online store - all quantities LIMITED. Color combos in the kits not to your liking? Well, we invite you to play with yarn color pairings to create your own from offerings in the online shop or stop by and we would be happy to help in person.
As Always, Thank You.
Happy Thanksgiving & for those celebrating - Happy Hannukah :)

We have so many kits pulled together both in the shop and in our online store for the gifting season. We thought it a good idea to share them this week. All of these patterns are tried and tested - except for a couple new ones that are from very good sources :) We have so many lovely Churchmouse printed patterns, as well as, free patterns available, others are on Ravelry.
There are also more color choices under the Yarn selections in the dropdown menu in the online shop. Enjoy!
