RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing April 11-17, 2022
The 54th annual RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, South Carolina’s only PGA TOUR event, will take place from April 11-17, 2022.
NEW IN 2022 – RBC Heritage tickets will be 100% digital. Guests are required to present a valid digital ticket to enter Tournament grounds and may proceed through the gates once a valid scan has been registered. Each spectator will receive a ticket to wear.

Restricted Areas During the Week of Heritage/Hangtag Information

The road names listed here will have restricted access Monday, April 11th - Sunday, April 17th, during the RBC Heritage Tournament. The Security Checkpoints will be manned starting at 6:00 am each day until the end of tournament play. Click here to view a map of the Security Checkpoints.

If you live in a restricted area, a Heritage Hangtag will be required for vehicle access through the Security Checkpoints during tournament play. If your road is not shown on the list, you will not need a vehicle hangtag for access to your residence. To request a hangtag(s) for your property please visit our website at www.seapinesliving.com/hangtags *Only one request per household
Lot 4 Parking Information During RBC Heritage
- Parking is available at Lot 4 (entry on Governors Road) on a first-come, first-served basis for those with the following decals: Property Owner Decal, Relative Decal, Long Term Renter Decal, short term weekly rental/resort pass.
2022 Heritage Trolley Map and Schedule
- The Sea Pines Trolley will provide service to the Heritage tournament Monday, April 11th – Sunday, April 17th from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm.

Reminder- Face Coverings Required to Ride the Trolley

Proxy Delivery Information
Proxies to establish a quorum for this meeting were mailed and emailed on Monday, April 4th to Sea Pines CSA Members in good standing as of the March 8th date of record.

Sea Pines CSA Class "B" Commercial Board Seat Opening
The Class "B" Sea Pines CSA Nominating Committee has confirmed that Robert Gossett, elected to serve a term from January 1, 2022- December 31, 2024, has stepped down from his Class "B" Board position, leaving a vacant Class "B" Commercial Board seat.
The Class "B" Sea Pines CSA Nominating Committee is working to fill this vacant seat and we look forward to keeping you updated on their progress.

North Sea Pines Drive Improvement Project Nearing Completion
- Landscape restoration and site cleanup are underway and will continue along the shoulders of North Sea Pines Drive through next week.
- No roadway work will take place during the week of April 11th.

New Traffic Pattern at Lawton Drive and North Sea Pines Drive
Please be advised there is a new traffic pattern at the intersection of Lawton Drive and North Sea Pines Drive following the roadway reconstruction project. This area of the roadway was reconfigured, as recommended by our project engineers to allow for better ingress/egress, improved visibility, and safety.
Drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists are asked to use caution in this area while users become accustomed to the new traffic pattern. For more details, please refer to the diagram below.

Sea Pines CSA Boardwalk #41 Remains Closed for Reconstruction
Replacement and construction work on Boardwalk #41, located between Laughing Gull Road and Spotted Sandpiper Road, is in progress.
Work will be completed by the end of the week, weather permitting. The beach boardwalk access will be closed to all pedestrian traffic during this time.

Sea Pines CSA Boardwalk #41A, Located Between Oyster Catcher Road and Laughing Gull Road, to be Replaced
Sea Pines CSA Boardwalk #41A has exceeded its useful life and must be replaced. Next week, Sea Pines CSA contractors will begin replacement and construction work on Boardwalk #41A. The boardwalk will also be extended over the dune to aid in the protection and allow the dune to continue to build.
Work will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks, weather permitting. The beach boardwalk access will be closed to all pedestrian traffic during this time.

Sea Pines CSA's Contractor Successfully Completes Asphalt Repair Near Greenwood Gate
Earlier this week, asphalt repairs were completed at the entrance lanes at the Greenwood Gate on Greenwood Drive. This important repair work was executed during the late evening hours from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM to minimize traffic impacts. Single-lane closures were utlized to complete this work.

- 10 am - 5 pm On Leash
- 5 pm - 10 am On Leash or Under Voice Control

- Animal excrement must be removed and properly disposed of from the beach
- It is illegal to allow pets to chase or harass wildlife

Commercial Pass Reminders & Information

As a reminder, calling in a Property Owner guest pass for a commercial service provider (including contractors, landscapers, decorators, painters, handymen, etc.) is not permitted.

To gain entrance into Sea Pines, commercial service providers and vendors may purchase a daily or weekly commercial pass at the Greenwood Gate or Ocean Gate or they may apply for an annual commercial decal at www.seapinesliving.com/request.

Land Use Rules and Regulations Property Appearance Reminders
Household items (e.g., coolers, bicycles, skateboards), yard maintenance equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, gas cans), and sports equipment (e.g., field sports equipment, basketballs, kayaks, canoes) must be stored out of public view when not actively in use.

Temporary storage of bicycles in public view during the months of April through September may be permitted, if such bicycles are stored neatly, as far from the road as possible and in a location that does not block walkways or create a safety hazard.

2022 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Payment Reminder
For those property owners with outstanding balances as of April 4, 2022, your guest pass, as well as your rental guest pass privileges, have been suspended.
If you need a copy of your invoice and/or instructions on how to pay your assessment, please e-mail Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com. We sincerely appreciate all property owners who have remitted payments timely.

Party in the Pines Fundraiser for the Forest Preserve Successfully Held on Saturday, April 2nd.
Those attending enjoyed the extensive menu and incredible service provided by The Salty Dog, as well as fun and fellowship with neighbors and friends.
