The mission of RACI is to provide REALTORS® with resources to deliver professional and ethical service and advocate for issues impacting real estate. To accomplish this, we rely on the experience and expertise of volunteer leaders (like you!) to serve on our Board of Directors. In doing so, you will make decisions on policy, programs, education, community engagement, public affairs issues, and more, on behalf of all members.

From now until August 17, 2021, we are accepting applications for three (3) year term leadership positions beginning in January 2022.

The Leadership Academy helps identify emerging leaders from local associations, trains and motivates them to exert a positive influence on the future of the REALTOR® organization, their profession, and the real estate industry.

Follow the two-step application process:

First: Who are you and why are you applying? Second: obtain two (2) recommendation letters (one from your local REALTOR® Association Executive and one from your Managing Broker or another Managing Broker familiar with your work if you are the Managing Broker)
