Provision of Healthcare Facilitates Promising Future

Hridroy lives in Ispahani camp in Alamnager. His diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes at the age of 10 was a shock to his family. Since they had limited knowledge of the condition and its management, they struggled to balance his medication, diet, and physical activity, leading to fluctuating blood sugar levels which led to adverse health effects.

When Hridoy’s family learned about OBAT’s Health Clinic in Rangpur, they connected with the team of healthcare professionals who specialized in diabetes care.Read more

Students Gain Insight into WIldlife & Environment Conservation

50 students from OBAT's SB Nagar Junior High School participated in a seminar on wildlife and environment on the invitation of Chittagong Zoo Authority. Wildlife expert from the US, Mr. Craig Fullstone, conducted the seminar. The students gained knowledge and got an insight into wildlife and environment conservation. At the end of the seminar, they visited various animals and participated in engaging and educational games. Extra curricular programs like these reinforce the learning of our students. We are thankful to the Chittagong Zoo Authority for creating this opportunity for them.

Robotics Workshop Fuels Dreams of Tech-Savvy Students

More than 800 students from Syedpur’s Nilphamari district participated in a 3 day robotics workshop held at the Dream Plus Hotel and Resort. The goal of the workshop was to encourage students to become contributors to Smart Bangladesh- an aspirational vision of a technologically advanced Bangladesh set forth by the country's government. The workshop was organized by the organization, "Kichu Kori” and served to fuel the dreams of ambitious and tech-savvy students. Five such students from OBAT’s Syedpur High School got the opportunity to attend this workshop as well. The event was a game-changer for young minds and we are so excited to make such opportunities available for our students.
