The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has invited input on the implementation of House Bill 290, which revises application and eligibility requirements for a multiple employer welfare arrangement (MEWA).

Four Ways Members Support ARAWC

1. Share ARAWC membership information with your clients and business partners. For an example that you can share in management reports and client stewardship meetings, click here.
2. Encourage your clients to get the QCARE designation. Service providers can serve as an authorized representative to get the QCARE designation for their clients.
4. Present an educational session. Planning is in process now for ARAWC's continued educational offerings.
