RTP Guidelines Update

The RTP Guidelines Update is currently underway! The SB 743 Team is co-leading the Environmental and GHG Workgroup. Anticipated adoption is January 2024, and we encourage folks to plug into the process however they can.


The next virtual workshop is July 12. You can learn more about the RTP guidelines process and timeline, or sign up for a working group, at the public dashboard.
 

AHSC Program - Capacity Building Assistance Survey

The Affordable Housing Sustainable Communities (AHSC) program offers no-cost, statewide application assistance and capacity-building services for potential applicants to the AHSC Program. Developers, cities, and transportation agencies interested in capacity-building technical assistance can request help by completing the survey provided. Submissions will be accepted through late summer 2023.

Planning Survey

Our partners at the Governor's Office of Planning and Research are administering the 2023 Annual Planning Survey to all California jurisdictions to identify planning and policy trends and ways to support local planning efforts.
