Building with Clay Ceramics Returns |
Join us for our second 8-week program, Building with Clay Ceramics, where you will learn a variety of ways that clay can be used to construct both functional and art forms. No prior experience, skill or talent is needed, just a desire to get a little dirty and explore the medium of clay. Classes have started, are taught by Janet Schneider, and will meet on Tuesdays, July 13th, 20th, 27th, and August 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th from 12:30pm-3pm in the PHP Art Studio. Copiana, an urban farming company, is now offering a monthly harvest, wrapped and delivered to you. The three harvest sizes include the $50 small 9 piece harvest (4 lettuces, 2-3 greens and 2-3 herbs), the $100 medium 18 piece harvest (8 lettuces, 5-6 greens and 5-6 herbs), and the $150 large 27 piece harvest (12 lettuces, 8 greens and 8 herbs). Croquet Equipment
Members will need to pick up their own mallets and balls from the Fitness Center when going to play croquet. We ask that all equipment be returned after playing.
NOTE: We now have two lightweight mallets available to check out at Concierge if you would like to try one out.
