At Beeline and Blue, we’ve been busy creating our new year’s resolutions and have already started to work on them! With the continuation of a hybrid workforce and pandemic challenges, we have emphasized how critical strong leadership is for success. That is precisely why employees at Beeline and Blue will soon begin the Genius Leadership 101 Course with Results Group LLC. 
The Genius Leadership course is a 12 step program that teaches participants everything from building trust, to time management and conflict resolution. This unique and proprietary approach focuses on bridging the gap between roles and performance while making sure our goals, objectives, and skills are aligned.
We can’t wait to see what this course has in store for us and all the
valuable knowledge we will be able to apply throughout the year.
