In honor of Black History Month, Congregation Bonai Shalom is highlighting Jews of Color across various fields. This is a great opportunity to learn more about these inspirational people who live at the intersection of being Black and Jewish.

Beth El Synagogue regrets to inform you of the passing of Larissa Rapina on Sunday, February 14, 2021. Larissa was preceded in death by her parents Alexander and Yefrosinya, her sisters Inna and Louisa, and her beloved husband Mikhail Mayzel. She is survived by her daughters Svetlana Rodionova and Yulia Furlong, son Maxim, sister Olga, granddaughters Anastasia, Veronica, Nastia and Angelina, grandsons James and Artyom, niece Alla, nephew Ilia, and many friends.
