Hello Everybody,

This is sad news, but we have to let you know...

Phoenix is no longer working at The Seth House... There was an issue with misuse of the bank accounts. It is painful to see him go, but this is how it has to be.

We will miss him, and fondly remember the good times, the improvements he made to the place, and the good energy we shared together.

We hired on a new professional bookkeeper and have put new secure systems in place. Buddy is still our property manager and handyman. And as usual, I'm doing everything everyday.

I need to ask the community to be a little tender with us at this time, as we are getting our footing and re-imagining the future.

This is a time of healing.

For now though, we are CANCELING ALL EVENTS we had planned for 2023.

In the meantime, yes, we should have a fundraiser...
