Sticker Shock with E.D.G.E.
EDGE students walked down to Durham Wine and Spirits to participate in the Sticker Shock event. Students placed Parents Who Host Lose The Most stickers on boxes of beer in the store. This event reminds adults that it is illegal to provide alcohol to people under the age of 21. Thank you so much to Sam Patel, owner of Durham Wine and Spirits for partnering in this event and for helping to keep our youth safe! To celebrate an awesome year of EDGE we ended the trip with some yummy ice cream from Durham Dairy Serve. We wouldn't be able to have such a successful student club with out EDGE advisors School Social Worker, Kathy Bottini, Health Teacher, Kiersten Deitz and DMLWC Prevention Coordinator Dena Miccinello. #dmlwc #dmyfs #parentswhohost
