As you may already know, the Texas House of Representatives made headlines by voting to impeach Attorney General Ken Paxton, marking the first impeachment of its kind in almost 50 years. While such occurrences are rare, they inevitably raise numerous questions about the ongoing situation. While the politics surrounding this event are being passionately debated by all, it is crucial to also examine the procedure and rules governing this process. How exactly does it all work? Fortunately, we have the privilege of hosting Donna Davidson, who will be joining us this week to shed light on the intricacies of the impeachment process. Donna is board certified in legislative and campaign law and, with her guidance, we hope to gain a better understanding of this complex situation.
