Cantina Laredo Reopens

Ready for you, again: Modern Mexican cuisine is back at Cantina Laredo

Westchase District is filled with some of Houston's best dining options. That scene temporarily lost local fave Cantina Laredo in the Market of Westchase shopping center. The restaurant had closed last April due to dining capacity restrictions to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. No worries, it's now back!

In December, the community received a Christmas gift as the favorite gathering spot reopened doors at 11129 Westheimer Road.

Cantina Laredo's menu draws from authentic Mexican food inspired by the cuisine of Mexico City with a modern twist. It's billed as Modern Mexican. Imagine grilled fish, chicken or steak topped with one-of-a-kind signature sauces like chipotle-wine and Portobello mushroom or sautéed artichoke heart and roasted red bell pepper. Entrees are paired with the Casa Rita, an award-winning wine made from fresh lime-juice and fine tequila, to deliver what the restaurant calls a Modern Mexican experience.
