ASPHALT MAINTENANCE NOTICE

Please be advised that Dominion Paving will be sealcoating roads in the Townhome, Condo and Melnick Alley areas in Westridge next week. Please click on links below for maps of the areas that will be serviced. Please also be mindful of posted reminder notices that will be posted on roads and doors at least 3 days prior to work in designated areas.

Map - Westridge Condos
Map - Helms, McDivitt and Crippen (Townhomes)

Please keep in mind that these areas will be closed to traffic, and you will not be able to pull out of your driveway to use the roads for 24 hours. All cars must be removed from the affected streets and parking spaces on the day that work is scheduled by 7:00am. Areas will coned/taped off and will remain closed to traffic until 7:00am the following morning. Please take note of yellow notice signs to be placed at each location a few days prior to the scheduled workday. Please see below for IMPORTANT REMINDERS.

Things to Remember

Parking – All vehicles must be out of the affected parking areas/streets by 7:00 AM on days when Sealcoat work is scheduled. Any vehicles not moved by 7:00 AM will be towed to the nearest community clubhouse parking lot at the expense of the vehicle owner. All vehicles parked in private driveways/garages must remain in driveway/garage while the streets are closed.

Vehicular Traffic – No traffic will be allowed on the parking lots and roadways during the time your section is closed for sealcoating. Please abide by all barricades and signs; they are for your safety!

Pedestrians/Pets – Please stay off the asphalt while the section is closed for sealcoating. Walking through seal coat will result in tracking of the product onto concrete sidewalks and even into your homes. This is costly to clean and is not the responsibility of Dominion Paving & Sealing or the Community Management.

Weather – All dates are weather dependent. In the event of rain, we will be forced to cancel the project for that day. If your section is canceled due to weather, the schedule will proceed as originally scheduled the following day and the canceled section will be made up at the end of the project; you will be notified as to when your parking lot/street has been rescheduled.

Please remind all members of your household to keep off the roads during the drying process. This includes bicycles, skateboards and pedestrian traffic. Please also be reminded that crackseal should not be disturbed. We have noticed areas that have been peeled up as of late.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this important project.
