As part of the College's dedication to student success, Academic Affairs requires faculty teaching to report ALL students' academic progress via WebROCK.

Your feedback helps support teams better understand how students are progressing and allow for enough time to follow up with students who may need support or resources to improve their academic work before the withdrawal date. This process also helps minimize the academic and financial consequences of an unsuccessful term. Student Progress Reporting is now open for the term.

Deadlines to complete Student Progress Reporting are:

  • Wednesday, October 6th - Deadline for first 6-week courses
  • Friday, October 15th - Deadline for 12-week courses
  • Wednesday, November 17th Deadline for second 6-week courses

As a reminder, student progress reporting has been updated with the following changes:

  • Information and comments added by faculty in WebROCK about a student’s performance will be automatically added to a progress report generated by Granite State College and sent to each student. Please visit the Online Teaching and Learning Collaborative Website (O-TLC) for suggested sample text.

  • Re-Reporting on student progress is available after the formal progress reporting phase of the term. You can reach out to any student who is in danger of not satisfactorily completing the course after the withdrawal date, using the same process you did during the progress reporting time frame. You can also re-report any student whose progress has improved.

Instructions on how to complete this process and suggested sample text may be found on the O-TLC website.

As always, thank you for your dedication to our students and here's to a great week ahead!
