You can sign-up now for an extra, coaching experience with an in-water session with a focus on turns with a swimming star, Ryan Lochte. Here about the finer points of I.M. turns from the guy that revolutionized them.

Meet right at the North Shore Aquatic Complex from 1:30 to 3 pm. Sign-up for the Friday session and/or the Saturday session.

Cost is $110.

First, Blue button is for the clinic on Friday. Second, Red button is for the clinic on Saturday.

In the description: Please put swimmer's name, age group, date (Fri or Sat) and ISCA location. Watch for a follow-up email consent form too.

Remember to bring your Check or Cash to pay for your Team.

The check-in process happens at the entry. We're avoiding credit card transactions. So, be sure to pack a team check.

Seeking fun facts.

Come up with a few, positive, team facts and input them into the form on the ISCA website, and we'll cook up some interactive quizzes. Tell others about your program, coaches and a swimmer(s). Engagement! Okay to delegate this task too!

Help with swim officials is still most welcome.

To run the meet as efficiently as possible, we are still needing more officials. Get your people to opt in by filling out this form.

The Chase Starts can be deployed with the prelims session of the meet when there are enough officials to help with starting and referee. This way the PRELIMS session can happen more quickly and swimmers can get additional rest before the big races in the evening finals.

ISCA doesn't make any money on the rentals. But the more we use the ISCA codes, the better the discounts for future years. So, do take advantage of the program and compare prices!

Bookmark Eva's site. Eva and her crew are the meet administrators for the ISCA Meet in St. Petersburg. Her computers generate the psych sheets, heat sheets, results and even handle the scratches and deck entries. Most often that will be the go-to site for important meet documents.
