Hi Everyone,
i am very pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has decided to open the Center on Wednesday, March 17, from 11am to 1pm.
March 17 is St. Patrick's Day and it marks the one year anniversary of the day we first closed the Center.
The Center will open as a restaurant for members only.
The Center will be open for three days a week: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The open hours will be from 11 to 1 because the kitchen is open from 11 to 1.
Activities that are not normally part of a restaurant function will not happen until public health restrictions are relaxed. Until then this means no bingo, no dominoes, no pool, no line dancing, no Euchre, no Canasta, no Crib, no Mahjongg, no crafts and no book club.
When attending for coffee, tea and muffins, each member will sign in at the entrance and public health protocols will be in place of course.
A printed copy of this newsletter is being mailed to 100 members for whom we do not have an email address in our records. The mail-out includes the Call for Nominations notice for our Annual General Meeting, which is shown below.
I look forward to seeing you the next time you drop by.
