CiTY Newsletter - August 1, 2023 | |
CiTY has been busy gearing up for fall, but there is still a month left of summer, so we hope everyone continues to enjoy this break and come back energized for a great 2023-24 with CiTY.
Our summer camp program with Howard County Rec and Parks finished its 4th session with record numbers, and there are still two camp weeks to go (see below). Four CiTY players and two CiTY coaches recently returned from a successful trip to the Gothia Cup in Sweden, advancing to the semi-final. Travel teams have been enjoying summer training sessions and team bonding, and we are working behind the scenes on all of our programs for a strong start to the 2023-24 seasonal year.

CiTY Fall 2023 REC registration is still open, as well as registration for CiTY's Fall 2023 Special Needs program. We have a shop event coming up with our partner, Dick's Sporting Goods in Ellicott City, so take advantage of 20% off storewide to get ready for the upcoming fall soccer season and new school year. We are also excited to host a special uniform distribution event during this time for our Fall REC program!
We wish our high school-aged players the best of luck as fall sports begin next week, and look forward to seeing our CiTY friends on the field as the high school soccer season gets underway.
The CiTY Leadership team is available and welcomes questions, comments, and feedback, so don't hesitate to reach out.
