Manifest Your Dreams (and everyday life)
Manifesting means communicating with the universe, letting it know what you want, and becoming the co-creator of your life.

It's January - classically the time of year when we set new intentions and priorities or make goals and resolutions - only to watch them lose steam or evaporate by the end of the month. Making real change in your life takes a lot of determination and hard work, but it also requires a shift in how you perceive and act upon your wishes and dreams.

Earlier this year I took a really exciting course called Making Magic, a Manifesting Masterclass (the real kind that changes your life). It's based on using yoga and meditation to envision what you want next in your life and learning specific tools to manifest it. This is the difference between creating your life rather than reacting to it.
The course is very relatable and has clear, practical steps, as well as guided yoga and meditation practices. The teacher, Allison Laframboise, is an author, the creator of an inspirational jewelry line and has taught transformational programs at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health for 18 years. She is a real gem! I particularly enjoyed her personalized meditations, how she guided yoga practices to empower the process, and her clear presentations that demystified manifestation.

The next session of Making Magic begins January 24thAllison is offering an early bird rate right now for this excellent program, which includes so many additional benefits (meditations, live coaching calls, Facebook group, jewelry bonuses, and so much more!)

Snow Cancellation Policy
Winter arrived this week with serious purpose! Just a reminder of the studio's policy regarding class cancellations for snow.

MSY Cancels the Class - Notices will be posted on Facebook, sent by email newsletter and from Punchpass at least 2 hours before the beginning of the cancelled class. Your reservation will automatically be deleted and no pass credits will be used. Please do not call the studio phone.

You decide not to come to class - If the studio holds the class but you don't feel safe driving there (or a snowdrift blocks your front door), simply delete your reservation or transfer it to another class in the Winter Session (remember, you have 2 months to come to another class). The window for you to delete, transfer, or cancel a class reservation late has been changed to 2 hours ahead of the class's starting time for the Winter Session.
