If you are looking to pick from tape and do not have a tape and real feature on your machine, then we have a solution for you. The two inch metal tape holder can accommodate four two-inch strips of tape material at a time. Just load strips of tape into the metal tape holder and peel off the tape. Your machine will pick the parts directly from the tape holder. The two inch tape holder fits in an MRSI sector plate in place of a two inch waffle pack.

MRSI Spotlight: Sustainability

MRSI has developed a new valve system for one of our die bonding machines, which reduces air consumption and improves the energy efficiency of the product. MRSI now plans to use this valve system on other products.

Training Programs

Based at our Massachusetts, US headquarters, MRSI offers a comprehensive set of training programs covering our family of products. Led by experienced engineers, the programs are tailored to suit each customer’s needs, including concepts of robot orientation, teaching alignments, the die bonding process and production set up. The sessions are run over a 3-to-5-day period depending on the specific program.
