Hello Ausblick Members and Friends,

We have a number of deferred maintenance items we are catching up on this off season that you will surely notice next season.

The deck is scheduled to be replaced in July including new furniture. The lodge will have the windows replaced as well as a fresh coat of paint inside. The bathrooms will have an upgrade on the sconce lighting as well as new mirrors. Outside, routine maintenance is being performed on the chairlift and snowmaking system.

One thing we have not had to do is much mowing. I am sure you are all aware of the drought conditions we are suffering under. While I would never ask you to pray for rain in winter feel free to pray for it now as the farmers need it worse than we do. I hope you are enjoying the weather and are doing so in a safe manner!!!

Ausblick Lodge is available for members to rent during the off season.

Take the stress out of planning social events at your home for an extremely affordable rate.

The lodge is perfect for weddings, showers, graduations or just a party. It's cozy and features an outdoor deck with furniture, fire pit, and landscaped lawn. 

You do all the decorating, food and libations either yourself or with the help of an approved caterer.
