Hello Families!
It is my Season of reflection and it is during this time that I sit in gratitude. I am grateful for this beautiful natural world that invites us to take notice of the changing seasons, the changing temperatures and the beauty that exists in these transitions. Transitions can also bring anxiety and worry as we prepare for what is to come next. You might be frantically digging in your closets to find mittens, hats and checking to see if that winter coat still fits. Chances are if you are reading this, you are likely a parent or caregiver. We experience many transitions with our children and sometime those transitions are difficult... the transition back to school; the transition to a next stage of development; the transition into the teenage years; the transition to living independently. It is the transition from once was to what will be. We are prompted to allow this passage of time while also navigating the changes and the ebb and flow of our daily routines. Parenting is hard work. I know so many of you reading this and want you all to know how amazing you are! I know there are challenges. I know we are constantly wanting so much for our child or children and we sometimes can be hard on ourselves. As you read this, I encourage you to pause and really recognize your awesomeness. Your children are living proof of just how amazing you are!!! Keep it up!
Wonderful blessings to you all as we enter into the Winter Season!
Kind Regards,
Lisa
