Help us plan for a return to in-person programs!
Monona Public Library is planning for a return to in-person, indoor programming. As members of the community we serve, we would like to better understand your comfort with different program environments. We also want to hear what you do and don't like about online programs. This brief survey should take 3-8 minutes, we truly appreciate your time and input!

BONUS!!! At the end of the survey, enter your email for a chance to win a gift certificate to a local Monona business!
