What have we been working on?

Plan Commission Workshop: Preferred Alternative Discussion – June 14, 2023

Following the public comment period for the Draft South Logan TOD Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Statement, the Plan Commission heard an update on the process their workshop on June 14. A recording of the workshop and the Powerpoint presentation are available on the project page.

Consultants and staff framed the discussion around the development of the “Preferred Alternative,” which may be composed of some combination of the three different alternatives. The preferred alternative will guide direction for future growth and investment in South Logan and will be crafted considering the plan values, which were developed through community engagement, the results of the environmental analysis, and public comments received.
