KNEWSLETTER - Vol. 43
Greetings!
We're chugging right along over here at the Kyards. To say that recent events have been challenging is an understatement. At the end of the day, all of these new challenges really do shine a light on how resilient we all are as human beings. We want to sincerely thank you for your patronage and support. We are all in this together and we will be here working our hardest to keep your boats and your dreams afloat.
FOR YOUR VIEWING PLEASURE...
We never realized just how much we take blue skies for granted. As a reminder, here is an homage to blue skies from the folks at the St. Francis Yacht Club.
Friend and client of KKMI, Jamis MacNiven, has started a wonderful website dedicated to traveling to places you'll never go. His essays are pretty spot-on and quite entertaining. We enjoyed this informative and entertaining piece on Treasure Island... we hope you do to! (Click on the picture to visit the website)
BON VOYAGE BERNARD & MAEVE!
We'd like to extend a very fond farewell and bon voyage to Bernard and his wife, Maeve. They're casting off for warmer climes. Fair winds and following seas, dear friends!

If you'd like to follow along on their journey, you can visit their blog here.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL REMINDERS
If you're going to be visiting a Kyard for service or parts, please review our protocols and be aware that we are requiring facial coverings and social distancing at both of our facilities. And if possible, consider phoning or emailing rather than visiting in person.

KKMI SIGHTINGS
Meet sweet Ollie! This adorable pup was visiting the yard with his owner.
These little masterpieces got their names from theatrical roots - a short sketch called "Dinner for One" and characters from Shakespeare plays.
"All our puppies have had names from the sketch or from Shakespeare. The father of these three 'fur babies' was a noble miniature poodle named Mr. Pomeroy." - Owner, Johnny
During our eerie "Night Shift" on the day of Wednesday, September 9th some of our workers needed to set up lights so they could see.
Around the yard...

Our own "Little Miss Sunshine" making the most of the sunny skies!
Greg taking social distancing to a new level!
It's a good thing Richard wears coveralls.
Scott's ready and able to come clean up Richard's mess.
Barrett playing "find the halyard"
Jock climbing the ladder to success... oh, that the boat's name was actually Success!
This month's "Between the Sheets" submissions...
We know we've done Encore before, but we thought, you know, it deserved an encore!
