Report Cards

The North Royalton City School District transitioned from paper report cards to electronic report cards beginning with the first quarter of the 2018-19 school year. By utilizing the existing ProgressBook system, you will have quicker access to your child's grades and comments.

The look of the report card mirrors that of a paper one and is able to be printed. We hope that you continue to find this system convenient and simple to use to follow your child's progress. Please remember that the only report card that will be printed out and sent home will be the end-of-year report card.

If you need assistance with logging into ProgressBook, please contact our main office at (440) 582-9120.

Report cards will be ready to be viewed online on Friday, November 12 after 3:00 PM.

Desktop Directions

If you are accessing ProgressBook through a typical computer browser, please follow these directions. If viewing on a phone or mobile device, scroll down to the second set of instructions.

  1. Log in to Parent Access at https://pa.nccohio.org.
  2. Once logged in, select the student you wish to view.
  3. Select "Report Card" from the menu on the left.
  4. Select "View Paper History."
  5. Choose appropriate quarter report card for the current grade.

Please know that you can access report cards here at any time. There is also a history of previous report cards that you can view or print.

Mobile Device Directions

If you are using a smart phone or other mobile device to access ProgressBook, the steps are similar but the screens look a little bit different.

  1. Log in to Parent Access at https://pa.nccohio.org.
  2. Select the menu icon at the top left of the screen. It looks like three parallel lines.
  3. From the menu, select "Report Card."
  4. Select "View History."
  5. Choose appropriate quarter report card for the current grade.

As we move continue to move forward with the school year, please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher, school counselor, grade level principal, or me with any questions.

Thanks,

Jeff
