“The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.”
— Albert Einstein
From an 80/20 Rule perspective, what is your Top 10 list of 2022 of clinical excellence and practice-growth imperatives? While expertly counseling patients to make healthy choices this New Year, your talented team should also resolve to worthwhile aims. Led by these integral goals, will implementation methods be the Same as Always or Change for the Better?
For your prioritized initiatives which sustainably flourish, the Same as Always celebrates success and fine-tunes productive pathways. Conversely, with grassroots educational marketing processes needing rejuvenation, especially in the context of industry disruption, aggressive competitors, OTC devices, Build Back Better Act and professional development objectives, a Change for the Better mindset is inherently transformative.
As you seek Practice Growth by Design, HDI is at your service in fundamental ways which maximize efficacy in capitalizing on competitive advantages. From enthusiastic feedback regularly received, I realize our intent focus on YOUR goals tends to positively surprise, perhaps akin to finding a needle in a haystack.
As originally expressed:

“For example, most are familiar with the phrase, ‘that’s like looking for a needle in a haystack’ referring to something of value that is remarkably hard to find. From our experience with practices nationwide, we observe a vast majority seeking needles in a haystack with grassroots educational marketing programs which will empower them to Outsmart, not Outspend competition. Particularly with self-funded marketing needs expanding…. This competitive goal is imperative.

“For those wanting to progressively benefit from value-added collaborations For the Better, HDI aspires to prove ourselves as one of the “needles in a haystack” you are looking for. As we have co-created customized programs over the last decade with hearing health, ENT and balance professionals, guiding principles have always led our way.”

Passion rules, We Promise, as codified in….

This S.M.A.R.T. Success Cycles Matter issue was a reader favorite:

“In 2021, For the Better, we should optimistically set S.M.A.R.T. Targets which are...
  • Specific and clear, to maximize collective understanding
  • Measurable, with objective methods to track results
  • Achievable via progress that is challenging but realistic
  • Relevant to core initiatives and competitive advantages
  • Time-bound with targeted aims on planning calendars

“With essential goals in mind, where should we start being S.M.A.R.T.?”

With progressive collaborators, we have co-created an operational collection of pragmatic planning tools such as:

“As we Start with Why such as reputable education and well-planned growth, we Know Who should benefit, including patients, practice and community. Clearly, Success Cycles entail organized teamwork among leadership, clinicians and patient care coordinators. Within each group, Captains should manage daily plans and weekly accountability with fellow team members. Often, the “buddy system” is a human resource development technique to employ. What is more challenging alone can be mutually supportive and fun together.”

From there, our narrative pivoted to:

“Regarding tracking results, we count on 3 Core Metrics. Upon request, we furnish practice-branded spreadsheets to ease startup process, being eager to consult on valuable data collected. As S.M.A.R.T. goals we quantify the # of Wellness Referrals by:
Primary purpose: Assess individual progress and trends. We identify who achieves optimal results, understand their personal methods and coach others team members to learn from useful modeling.
Primary purpose: Assess collective progress and trends. We determine progress being made or constructive challenges faced in reaching Educate Well Monthly goals.

Primary purpose: Assess individual and collective expertise on specific comorbidities. By comparison, we discern which topics team members are more comfortable with or need further training on.”
In 2022, Start S.M.A.R.T., on Purpose.

You can do it and in close collaboration with your talented team, HDI will help. We Promise!
