Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) reintroduced the Florida Shores Protection and Fairness Act (S.28) to extend the moratorium on oil and gas drilling in the Eastern Gulf of Mexico from 2022 to 2032. This would help solidify President Trump's September 2020 executive actions to protect Florida's shores.

Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR-03) introduced a bill (H.R.385) to direct the Secretary of Transportation to make grants for a clearinghouse to collect, conduct, and fund research on the influences of highly automated vehicles on land use, urban design, transportation, real estate, and municipal budget.
