The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has published the Recommended Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule for ages 18 years or younger, United States, 2021, and the Recommended Adult Immunization Schedule for ages 19 years or older, United States, 2021.

Printable versions of the 2021 immunization schedules are available on the CDC website in several formats, including portrait, landscape and pocked-sized versions. Parent-friendly schedules also are available in English and Spanish.

The 2021 CDC Vaccine Schedules App for Healthcare Providers will be available after February 19, 2021.
