The Texas Southern University National Alumni Association (TSUNAA) donated $30,0000 in scholarships during the University’s Alumni Back to School Campaign under the leadership of President Corrie Williams. Scholarships were awarded to 53 students classified as freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students.

"As proud alumni, TSUNAA is always willing to support our students in every way we can. We understand that giving tens of thousands in scholarship aid takes the pressure off our students to meet their financial needs, so with the help of our alumni, we will strive to increase our giving year after year to aid more deserving students," TSUNAA President Corrie Williams.

More than 300 students applied for the scholarships.
