Our Main Street branch in Ottawa is getting a fresh, new look so customer access to our lobby will be temporarily suspended for approximately 3-4 weeks. As we complete our remodel, the staff will provide full service through the drive through, as well as curbside assistance if needed.
As always, the lobby at the Corporate office will be open with public health precautions still in place to assist customers. If an in-person visit is not required, we encourage customers to take advantage of our full suite of eServices or utilize the ATM.
We're excited to share the new look and resume full lobby access for customers as soon as the project is completed.
